These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services provided by MNR Hair ("we", "our", "us"), a hair salon based in Gloucester, United Kingdom. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments must be booked in advance via approved booking methods.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
- We reserve the right to refuse service where appropriate.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full cost of the appointment.
4. Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled within the required notice period.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice. The final cost may vary depending on hair length, thickness, time required, and additional treatments. Payment is due at the time services are provided.
6. Allergies & Hair Condition
Clients must inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or previous reactions to hair products. We recommend patch testing prior to colour treatments. MNR Hair is not liable for reactions where patch testing was declined.
7. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNR Hair shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
